  • Developed and presented Fusion Kerala cuisine and Yousouf Arakkal`s art exhibition at New Delhi.

  • Represented Taj group in Kerala Food promotion at Carlton Tower hotel in Singapore

  • Developed and executed special “Ayurvedic Recipes” for the Taj group of hotels.
